Mondays: 6:30-7:30 PM at Saint Clare Church Hall
Thursdays: 6:30-7:30 PM at Middle River Ambulance Co.
Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM (location varies)

Get fit, slim down or just get healthier. Our summer bootcamp has a variety of workouts that keep you engaged and having fun while you workout. Summer bootcamp ends Sept. 27, 2017.
Wednesday Night: 6 PM at Wilson Point Park; Sat. & Sun. at 7:30 am (location varies)
Drop-ins are $5.00
